On occasion, Steph also steps in as a guide, bringing her passion for the Blue Mountains and adventure to life for guests. Her dedication to both the logistical side of the business and creating unforgettable experiences makes her an invaluable member of the team.

Lora is a passionate tour guide with a deep love for the outdoors and a vibrant personality that lights up every tour. An avid hiker, she frequently explores the breathtaking trails of the Blue Mountains, drawing on her knowledge of the area. Lora’s infectious enthusiasm makes every tour memorable. As she seamlessly blends engaging storytelling with a genuine passion for the environment.

Her goal is to inspire others to appreciate the wonders of nature while creating unforgettable experiences for all that join her on her tours.

Russ is an outdoor enthusiast who grew up climbing the hills of Yorkshire in the UK.

After many years in hospitality, Russ traded the late nights for the great outdoors. He brought his love of hosting with him and is now dedicated to helping others experience the stunning Blue Mountains.

Russ loves hiking, canyoning, and exploring the secret spots of the mountains, but he loves to be behind the wheel as much as he loves being on foot or rope. He is a keen tourer who has driven thousands of kilometres of tracks from the mountains to the desert, exploring our rich indigenous and industrial history.

With Russ, every trip is a unique and passionate journey through the hidden gems of the Blue Mountains.
