What’s Your Next Adventure?

There has been a rising popularity of various tours lately and now Autumn is approaching you get to see the wonderful colours of the Blue Mountains in all its glory with your own eyes. There’s nothing quite like seeing it for yourself, and some pictures can’t do it justice (unless you learn a few tips from our local photography workshop hosted by Gary Hayes).

If you’ve gotten the taste of the Blue Mountains and got hooked and want to see more, then we have answers for you.

Offering our Army Truck Adventures- 3 Hour, Lost City Guided Tour, Glow Worm Tunnel Guided Tour and Full Day Guided Tours. Let us elaborate on what they’re all about so you can choose the best one (or more) for you. You can never see enough!

Our Army Truck Adventures - 3 Hour is a snippet of the Blue Mountains which showcases three of the well known valleys as well as a naturally formed cave and sheer cliff faces. In the back of the vehicle, not only are you in elevated seating but you also get to smell the eucalypts and feel the breeze. We share plenty of knowledge about the areas in which we visit in the duration of the tour as well as a walk around of our army truck “ Wombat “ This tour is the perfect length to get you wanting more, but it’s not your entire day.

Our Lost City Guided Tour is a 5 hour tour in our 80 Series Landcruiser which seats up to 4 people. This tour is a more private tour and has the luxury of air conditioning on those warm days and heating for those cool days. We take you on the dirt roads and off onto the beaten track to which you get to see a whole world in front of you. The Lost City being a large series of rock pagodas representing the ‘Lost City’ feel. You’ll get to climb the nearest pagodas if you’re feeling adventurous and learn about the area and its flora and fauna. This is one of the real Australian bush experiences you’ll never forget.

Our Glow Worm Tunnel is also a 5 hour tour in our 80 Series Landcruiser which seats up to 4 people. This tour is a more private tour and has the luxury of air conditioning on those warm days and heating for those cool days. Once we are ‘Beyond The Blacktop’ (off the tar, onto the dirt) making our way off the beaten track we venture through the bush on Glow Worm Tunnel road. Along the drive sightings of wildlife are a possibility as well as small dams and off tracks that leave you wondering what is beyond. Travelling along we also get to drive through an old steam train tunnel. Once parked you get to walk a 2km walk towards the tunnel full of glow worms. Stopping midway and gazing up gives you the mystical feels of a cool night full of stars. At the end of the tunnel you’ll experience a beautiful fern grotto, the perfect place to relax and have a drink and absorb the wonder of this beautiful area.

Our Full Day Guided Tour varies depending on what you want to see. These tours are catered to the groups interests making the tour unique and one of a kind. This tour is in our 80 Series Landcruiser which seats up to 4 people. It too has the luxury of air conditioning on those warm days and heating for those cool days.
