​At Beyond The Blacktop Adventure Tours, we understand that plans can change. To ensure fairness for all parties, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

1. Cancellation by the Customer: - Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to the tour date will receive a full refund. - Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time will receive a 50% refund. - Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the tour date are non-refundable.

2. Rescheduling: - Rescheduling requests made more than 48 hours prior to the tour departure time can be accommodated at no extra charge, subject to availability. - Requests to reschedule made less than 48 hours before the tour departure time will incur a 20% fee. - Rescheduling within 24 hours of the tour is not permitted.

3. Cancellation by Beyond The Blacktop Adventure Tours: - If Beyond The Blacktop Adventure Tours must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances (such as weather conditions or vehicle issues), customers will be offered the choice of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.

4. No-shows: - No refunds will be given for no-shows on the day of the tour.

5. Mobility Policy: - Due to the nature of the experience, we are unable to accommodate individuals with mobility issues. Please review this policy prior to booking as cancellations related to mobility issues will follow the standard cancellation rules.
